Did you know Warren is offering a camp for incoming Kindergarten students this summer for the 2017-2018 school year? Students will have the opportunity to visit their new schools, practice CORE and basic school procedures in the hallways, in a kindergarten classroom, in the café, and on a bus. Sign-up for this great opportunity for your child and you! See the flyer with registration link here>>>
Warren Township is proud to partner with Community Health Network to bring you this exciting event scheduled for Monday, April 24, 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. at the Warren Central Field House. Plan to attend the 12th annual Warren Wellness Extravaganza!!!
For students, one of the College and Career Ready standards’ most important new requirements is that correct answers alone will not be enough. Correct answers are very important, but along with them there is a new set of “mathematical practices” that teachers will expect from students. This is part of their preparation for 21st century jobs. More information>>>.
Does your child ever take too much time to do homework… need an extra boost of self-esteem…use social media…or choose not to follow your directions? As a parent, do you ever feel like you could use some support from other parents who have the same concerns with their children as you? If so, you are encouraged to register for our upcoming PAC (Parents are the Core) sessions. Throughout the school year, six sessions will be offered for parents. Topics include: how to determine what makes your child special and strategies for building these strengths, homework tips, discipline, your child and social media, and information Warren Township parents need to know.
You can also report a bullying incident or safety concern by calling 317-532-3049 and leaving a message.
Reports will be investigated by Warren Township administrators. Please note, these reporting devices are not monitored 24/7 so contact 911 if this is an emergency.
Welcome to Kindergarten!!! Linked is our newly updated and technology-friendly Kindergarten Camp (K Camp) video book. This will allow your kindergarten student(s) to become familiar with the school prior to school starting. Please read and view this with your child as often as you would like. We look forward to seeing you!
