WARREN TOWNSHIP PERFORMING ARTS PREVIEW:
The Gold Brigade Marching Band & Guard Community Day performance will take place on Saturday, August 29th at 2:00 pm on the newly-repaired 16th Street Multipurpose Field. The cost of admission is a case of water, a box of individually-packaged snacks, or a monetary donation. Requested items include: Drinks--bottled water, 8 oz, 12 oz, of 16.9 oz sizes; Capri Sun drink pouches; Gatorade bottles; Snacks (must be individually wrapped)--chips or pretzels; Fruit Roll-ups or fruit snacks; granola bars; cookies; cheese crackers (NO peanut butter!). The CORE Store is open this week!! Each class will visit the CORE Store this week and students can buy items with their CORE cash, if they want. Some students prefer to save their CORE cash to be able to buy bigger items in the future.

Good readers look for clues and important details! This week, read something together and ask your child to find:

❓ The problem
💡 How the problem was solved
K–1: Use the pictures as clues! Talk, point, or draw to share answers.
Grades 2–4: Dig deeper! What caused the problem? How did the character feel? What lesson did they learn?
⭐ Bonus: Find a sentence in the story that proves one of your answers!

Warren Aquatics Club & Swim Lessons
The Warren Aquatics Club offers year-round competitive swimming and swim lessons at Warren Central High School.
The competitive swim program includes:
- Year-round competitive swimming
- Opportunities for personal growth in a team setting
- Nightly practices and 1–2 weekend meets each month
