A perfectly sunny (and hot) day to practice showing CORE on the bus for K-4, today! For some, this was their first time ever stepping foot onto a bus, how exciting! Ask your student how they can show CORE going to and from school, every day!
Thank you to everyone who came to Meet the Teacher Night at Hawthorne. Some students felt nervous, while others were so excited. Friendships were sparked tonight and now we're even more excited than ever to welcome you back to school on Thursday!

This morning we graduated our kindergarteners to full fledged FIRST GRADERS!! We're so proud of you and can't wait to see the wonders you accomplish in First Grade!!!

We're so happy the weather has been cooperating with our Field Day, today!!! We're full of smiles, joy, and excitement for summer break!!! It's a fun day to be a Hawk, that's for sure!!!
