The Book Fair has arrived at Hawthorne! The students are visiting and making their wish lists today and tomorrow; shopping begins Monday and Tuesday (with their classes) and will continue through Friday, September 20th.
I've had several parents already reach out about setting up an e-Wallet for their students. This is a great alternative to cash if you'd like to take advantage of it.

Evening Shopping: If you'd like to shop after school, an evening shop will take place Tuesday, September 17th from 5:00-6:30pm during our 2nd/3rd grade iREAD night!

Thank you to everyone who joined Hawthorne's Fall Family Cookout on Saturday evening, it was SUCH a blast!! The weather was perfect, the food was delicious, but the company was by far the best part! Thank you for coming and spending your Saturday with us. We loved showing you our new outdoor areas and hope you were able to come fill up, have fun, and take home free fresh produce!

Our 4th Graders are doing such a great job at being CORE role models for the rest of our Hawks! Keep it up, fourth grade!!! We're so proud of you!
